The Dharma Center property is beautiful! And as an older structure, it has maintenance requirements that include such things as:
- Gutter cleaning
- Deck staining and sealing
- Stone/ mortar repair
- Countertop repair and sealing
- Window repairs
We have also had several recent high dollar expenses involving electrical repair and septic repair.
