Personal Retreat at Heartwood Mandala
Entering into a self-directed retreat allows you to design a program that best meets your needs and schedule alongside the daily activities of the community. This could be an intensive silent meditation retreat, or it could be a more gentle meditation program that incorporates reading and study, journaling, or other practices that nourish your spirit. You can choose to hold your retreat wholly in silence, or to mindfully engage with the residential community.
While you’re here, you’ll have access to our resident teacher for personal guidance.
