Mandala Farm is an emerging, dedicated initiative of Heartwood Mandala’s monastery, focused on cultivating a diverse array of flowers and herbs. This project emphasizes mindful cultivation that fosters a deep connection with the earth and the celestial beings who nurture and protect it, encouraging awareness and reverence for nature. The flowers from Mandala Farm will be carefully harvested and offered to support the monastery and the Dharma center.
This will not only help sustain the financial needs of the community but also to embody a spiritual practice rooted in mindfulness and compassion. By offering vibrant blooms to the world, Mandala Farm seeks to bring light and beauty into everyday life serving as a reminder of our interconnectedness with nature and each other. Through this, we cultivate gratitude, enriching both our inner lives and the broader community.
*Thank you to Jessie and Chris Bauer for offering their land for cultivation and propagation of these flowers, to Jane Geary for her joyful expertise and investment in Heartwood and Mandala Farm, and to all the volunteers and supporters who help make this project possible.

**Flowers will be offered in front of Gingko Tea Life on Main St. in Hendersonville, NC on Saturdays and possibly Sundays once they are grown and cultivated to harvesting stage. Stay tuned! Deep gratitude to Jeff at Gingko Tea Life for offering the sidewalk space!
